Job Description

  • Responsible for development of software solutions based on requirements and within the constraints of architectural /design guidelines
  • Responsible for the accurate translation of software architecture into design and code
  • Development of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to development and quality guidelines, for self-owned components
  • Provide technical guidance and insights during feature development
  • Collaborate effectively in an agile work environment across teams
  • Participate in regular peer code review
  • Identify potential harmony and for re-use of components / technology
  • Collaborating with multi-functional and globally located teams
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Having software development experience of 4 to 6 years
  • Strong in JAVA programming; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals IPCs (sockets, shared memory, etc), multi-threading, Semaphores, etc.
  • Knowledge of SS7/SIGTRAN protocols is preferred M3UA/SUA, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, CAMEL, etc.
  • Knowledge of DIAMETER and GTP protocols will be useful
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Drools and Hazelcast is preferred
  • Knowledge of XML/JSON and database such as Postgres, MySQL, etc. is preferred
  • Rich experience and good understanding of real time systems will be useful.
  • Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical
