Required Skill Sets: Should be an L3 resource with more than 5 yrs of relevant experience on network & security Ability to work in a highly dynamic and complex Network environments Experience with ITIL based processes Incident, Problem and Change Management Should have proven experience with data networks including physical layer infrastructure, servers, LAN/ WAN hardware, software, data transmission facilities and interconnecting devices.
