Job Description

We are currently hiring for Taproot College.Taproot Collegeis a foundation to create scientists, engineers, technocrats and businessmen of tomorrow. It is a young, dynamic and vibrant educational institution and part of a chain of colleges that has already produced several front forerunners in pre-university board as well as competitive Shall be responsible for effectively delivering the curriculum as per the syllabus forJEE(Main + Advanced),NEET-UG,AIIMS, BITSAT, State K-CET,12th Boards concepts,Olympiads, KVPYJob description :

  • Shall be responsible for the overall performance & improvement of each student.
  • Shall be responsible for conducting quarterly counselling with students and parents based on their performance in multiple choice questions.
  • Must participate in the management & coordination of activities of the specific subject.
  • Must be available for all parent teacher meetings in the institute on a regular basis.
  • A full-time role for a chain of colleges which will involve travelling locally at Bangalore across branches for six days in a week with minimum 9 hours of working.
  • Shall be responsible for course content and subject material development.
  • Shall be responsible for creating error free multiple choice questions for the students in respective subjects.
  • Shall be responsible to clear doubts of all students as per subject after classes hours timely.
  • Shall be presenting reviews about the feedback and the idea to enhance the students ranking and their success road map.
