Job Description

    Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and fostering a culture of excellence among store staff. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development opportunities for staff members. Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and optimize product assortment and pricing strategies. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Implement effective sales techniques and promotional initiatives to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to secure favorable pricing, product availability, and promotional support. Uphold store security and loss prevention protocols to minimize shrinkage and safeguard company assets. Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally to cultivate long-term loyalty and repeat business.
