    Job summaryAmazon Devices team is looking for a Program Manager to join our India Recruiting Team. Incumbent in this role will be a key part of the Recruiting Programs team that works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees across India to build, manage and improve recruiting programs, processes, systems, and tools. Initiatives associated with improving and streamlining recruitment processes and related operations will be a key goal. The individual is expected to work in a dynamic work environment and manage complex programs/ projects.Critical Skills & Abilities Impeccable customer service focus with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations Ability to ideate, innovate and execute program delivery Great organizational skills and attention to detail, should be able to multitask and manage different priorities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate to engage with internal stakeholders / partners Strong orientation for Data and Analytics Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment, ability to take initiative in ambiguous circumstances Robust sense of accountability and sound personal judgement with the capacity to handle confidential information and escalate issues effectively Proactive and creative problem-solving abilityKey job responsibilities You will be responsible for driving Recruiting Programs; monitor and improve upon the existing design, and measure and report on the effectiveness of the Programs You are expected to identify avenues for improvements to the Recruiting systems, processes and policies by regular engagement with the stakeholders, diving deep into the system architecture/ details from a functional point of view, and re-engineering existing processes/ systems to make them user-friendly and more effective You are required to build and manage Stakeholder relationships at all levels and drive changes in a collaborative manner you are an agent of change and are adept at managing it You will be responsible for reporting on the health of the programs, conduct pulse checks and drive actions based on data-driven insights You are responsible for preparing the program roadmap and deliver on identified goals of the program You are required to liaise with multiple global stakeholders and be a part of a team that envisions the future of recruiting systems and builds scalable solutions by working with Technical/ Development teams You are the conduit between the end-user (Recruiter/ Recruiting Leaders) and Technical teams and act as a functional consultant and an SME on Recruiting Processes You are excellent at extracting information from various data systems, are able to build reports that enable stakeholders to take informed decisions and are able to understand and correct data feeds You are adept at dissecting and analyzing reports prepared by our global teams and present insights to the leadershipA day in the lifeAs a Program Manager you will be responsible for owning and independently handling one or more Recruiting programs like Channel Vendors, Agencies, Employee Referrals, Interviewer training programs and Recruiting Analytics etc. identify bottlenecks, plan interventions, work with technical teams to design solutions and solve for challenging recruiting problems. You are expected to contribute to the team s transformation agenda and pursue automation, centralization and streamlining of processes wherever possible. You would need to engage with the relevant stakeholders (at all levels) and drive the program initiatives with support of the recruiting teams.,
    • 3+ years experience in program or project management
    • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
    • 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
    • Bachelors or Masters in any discipline with a keen interest in improving recruiting processes by identifying bottlenecks, managing change, streamlining processes and driving stakeholder engagement
    • Experienced in managing Recruiting programs/projects at a country or global level overall 4+ years of experience with at least 3 years of program management experience
    • Experience in owning and delivering projects/programs by working with multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
    • Bachelors or Masters in any discipline with a keen interest in improving recruiting processes by identifying bottlenecks, managing change, streamlining processes and driving stakeholder engagement
    • Experienced in managing Recruiting programs/projects at a country or global level overall 4+ years of experience with at least 3 years of program management experience
    • Experience in owning and delivering projects/programs by working with multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
