Responsibilities
Preparation Maintain QA/QC Documentation.
Preparing Standards Quality Manual and Test/Audit Reports
Inspection of Inward Material at factory through stores
Inspection of In-Process during Production.
Inspection of finished items at our Factory/other supplier places.
Attending Quality related meeting with Customer/Client
Co-coordinating ISO activates regarding QA
Handling routine testing like Functional Test, Measurement of resistance, Design Visual Checks, Mechanical Operating.
Doing Incoming Inspection for Electrical Accessories like CTs, Relays etc.
Final Setting and Testing of relays, CTs etc.
Incoming materials (Mechanical Electrical) inspection in process inspection during wiring stage.
Handling routine testing like Accuracy test, Induced voltage test and high voltage test for LT HT Instrument transformers.
Handling inspection with customers.
Preparation and compilation of incoming/outgoing- communications, correspondences and inspection reports associated with QA/QC Department ready for audit.
Responsible for products quality improvement, monitor, data analysis, review and drive for correction plan.
Interface with External customer / vendor for all quality issue.
Preparation of component approval reports for initials sample of Assy. components, and give suggestions at initial stage itself to reduce rejections while bulk production.
Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan as per customer requirement.
Responsible for Assurance of Quality in in-house Manufacturing Continuous Smooth Line flow
Responsible for reviewing rejection/ rework of components (incoming/ final).
Testing of final product as per IEC/IS standard.
