Job Description

    Position Title: Junior Creative Designer (Video-First) ExecutiveReports To: Assistant Manager Creative DesignerExperience: 2-3 YearsLocation: BangaloreEducation: Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.Knowledge & Skills RequiredMinimum 2 years of professional experience in design, with a focus on video and motion content.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.Familiarity with AI tools such as Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, or Canva Magic Studio.Strong understanding of composition, motion, typography, and color theory.A portfolio demonstrating video-first creativity, storytelling, and design range.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Lead with video: conceptualize and design short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and social-first content.Edit and produce videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut, maintaining high creative and technical quality.Design complementary static creatives, brand collaterals, and campaign visuals.Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Figma AI) to accelerate ideation and content creation.Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visual communication.Maintain visual consistency and storytelling integrity across all platforms.Stay updated on video, design, and AI trends to continually bring fresh thinking.BENEFITS & PERKSCompetitive Salary & Performance BonusFlexible working hours / Remote working OptionsHealth Insurance, Paid Time OffLearning and DevelopmentWorkshops and Off-siteshidden_emailHR Firdose -hidden_mobile
