Job Description

    HR Executive Roles and Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing- Identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions- Posting job openings and screening resumes- Conducting interviews and coordinating with department heads- Managing onboarding and induction programs2. Employee Relations & Engagement- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts- Organizing engagement activities and team-building events- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys- Implementing policies to promote a positive work culture3. Payroll & Compensation Management- Ensuring accurate salary processing and benefits administration- Managing leaves, attendance, and performance-based incentives- Handling payroll software and compliance with labor laws4. Performance Management & Training- Conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions- Identifying training needs and arranging skill development programs- Supporting career growth and succession planning5. Compliance & Policy Implementation- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies- Managing employee documentation and contracts- Handling disciplinary actions and grievances6. HR Data & Reporting- Maintaining HR records, employee databases, and reports- Analyzing workforce trends for better decision-making
