Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced KBE Cad Customization Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and 5-10 years of relevant experience for our client for Bangalore Location. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in NX CAD customization, geometry tools, and software development using .NET C#. The role involves working on NX CAD software, developing custom tools, and enhancing geometry processing capabilities.Key Skills :NX CAD, NX 19, NX 22, Modeling, Assembly, NX Open with .NET C#, NX Block UI Styler, NX tools deployment, Triangular STL mesh, Computational geometric algorithms, Image processing, .NET C#, Visual Studio, Visual Studio test project, SDLCRoles and Responsibilities
    • Utilize NX CAD software (NX 19, NX 22) for modeling and assembly tasks
    • Customize NX CAD using NX Open with .NET C# and NX Block UI Styler
    • Manage NX tools deployment processes and ensure their efficiency
    • Develop and implement geometry tools for working with triangular STL mesh data
    • Work on computational geometric algorithms to enhance CAD capabilities
    • If applicable, apply knowledge of image processing to CAD tools and techniques
    • Use .NET C# and Visual Studio for software development and customization
    • Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices to ensure quality and on-time delivery
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in NX CAD customization and software development
    • Proficiency in NX CAD software (NX 19 and NX 22), with strong skills in modeling and assembly
    • Hands-on experience with NX Open, NX Block UI Styler, and NX tools deployment
    • Expertise in .NET C# and Visual Studio
    • Experience with geometry tools, including triangular STL mesh and computational geometric algorithms
    • Preferred knowledge of image processing techniques
    • Familiarity with Visual Studio test project and working knowledge of SDLC
