Job Description

The person would generate business revenue from medium enterprises and corporates by procuring projects on Corporate Identity, Web Presence Consulting, Internet Advertising, E-Commerce, SEO, SEM, PPC. Application Development, Enterprise E-mail Solutions, SSL, Portals, Server Management, Managed Hosting Services and Data Centre Solutions. The candidate would be responsible for managing the projects being executed to ensure their timely , quality and satisfactory completion. Day to day job responsibilities will include: Pre Sales Process:. Representing Benaka Business Consultancy to pitch for projects in the above areas. . Understanding the nature of the clients business and industry. . Sales Activity towards achievement of agreed Business targets . Doing presales research, suspecting and Territory Mapping of the customer . Lead Generation and prospecting, Sales presentation and proposal submission. . Meeting, Booking Order, Billing & Collection targets by procuring projects. . Negotiations, Sales Closure, agreement signoff and Transition. Post Sales Process:. Internal liaison to ensure project delivery as per committed SLAs. . Periodic interface with client for rapport building and review. . Handling Escalations and Account mining. . Sales process planning and Business Development initiatives - Effectively plan and prioritize individual sales activity to ensure target Achievement. - Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential growth sectors. - Ensure optimum coverage of assigned territory. - Identify and track competitor accounts or new entrants in markets. - Marketing and communication initiatives. . Collect constant market feedback from clients for better offerings. . Cross-functional interaction with the execution teams and monitor the execution of projects. . Post Transition activities and review to ensure client satisfaction and retention Qualification:Engineers or candidates having an MBA in Marketing / Communication / Advertising (or equivalent) from a reputed institution are preferred. Graduates with adequate work experience could also be considered. All candidates should have adequate working knowledge of computer applications, E-mail and Internet. Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Spoken knowledge of local languages would be appreciated, though not essential. Experience:1-4 years of experience in business development / account planning / client servicing in an advertising agency with atleast the last 1 year in an agency / agency division in the Website Development / Internet Media Industry. . Candidates should have a passion for the Internet and e-commerce . Ability to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions. . The candidate must have a working knowledge of Internet communication concepts of design, promotion, applications, hosting, domains, e-commerce, and other related aspects. . The person must have experience of servicing medium and large corporate organisations. . Must have achieved Performance rating or Balance Score Card rating of minimum 2 in a scale of 5 consistently for the last 3 years ,
