Key KPIs will be delivering Net Revenue Absolute & Growth &Market Share. He will also lead 4 P execution and implementation of RB local success model. Key Responsibilities: Alignment of Sales number, New Product Development ( NPD ) & Assortment with the customers Liaison with & Manage Key Stake Holders o External- MTRegional Accounts o Internal- Regional Key Account Manager, Distributors, Supply Chain, Commercial team & Other internal Stake holders Responsible for Timely Listing of New Products in Accounts Negotiate the annual trading terms/TOT with the customer in line with the overall strategy Responsible for timely processing of claims from customer and follow up on receivables Maintaining Proper Assortment o Responsible for reviewing the assortment at customer level o End to end responsibility for listing & linking in the customers o Ensuring proper fill rates to the customers Ensuring In-Store Key metrics o Responsible for negotiating planogram agreements with customers and continuously track and review the execution of planogram o Responsible for tracking of assets at customer level o Ensuring MSL compliance for the customer Promotions o Plan and execute customer specific promotions o Deliver activation KPIs for the customers during the activation months Business Development o Conduct business review with customers, collect POS data and analyze it todevelop insights for necessary actions o Identifying gaps & opportunities for business growth in the customer ,
