Job DescriptionThe seller has to understand the platform first and understand the seller performanceHelping to understand our platform and then helping them to list products in the catalogHelping them in getting their order placed through the platform.Need to check the performance of sellers as and when required.A Set of sellers will be assigned to a Key Account ManagerCommunicating with sellers to understand their needs and explain how to use our platform.Building relationships with sellers based on trust and respect.Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate seller need fulfillment.Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about seller behavior.Keeping accurate records of seller performance.Maintaining updated knowledge of platform products and services.Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends.Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the seller experience.
