    Key Account ManagerExp Into Pharma Sales onlyExp : 2 to 6 yearsCtc : Up to 5.5 lacRequirement:Pharmaceutical sales experience in hospitals is mustFor senior positions must have contacts in hospitals especially in ICUs or critical care departmentMust have covered respective territories especially hospitals of the territory (territory knowledge)Must have managed doctors, hospitals, nurses, chemists, stockist, distributors and preferably para-medical staff in hospitalsScience graduate or above1 to 5+ year experience (people with more experience can be considered for leadership position)Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (working knowledge for jr position)Good communication skillsYears of Exp : 1+ years for Jr position and 5+ years for senior positionEducation : Science Graduation & AboveJoining : ImmediateNo of Position:Key roles and responsibilitiesDrive territory sales performance by implementing marketing campaigns recommended by marketing team.Generate demand for company products on regular basis, ensure repeat purchase.Collaborating with senior management to establish and execute a sales goal for the designated territory.Prepare and maintain customer list by hospitals, doctors, nursing staff, key hospital staff, chemists, hospital pharmacists, stockiest and distributors.Establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs of the territory.Plan execute Nurses development program for company brands at regular intervals.Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.Build, maintain, edit customer database that includes personal and profession details of the customers.Effectively and adequately cover hospitals, doctors, chemists, stockiest in the designated territory to generate demand for the Company products.Suggesting, addition, deletion & restructuring of territory as required.Ensure effective distribution by: proper stockiest management, operations, strategies & inputs.Doctors/ para-medical staff group meet: Basic ground work to execution- like selection of doctor, selection of speaker & arrangements.Plan and manage OPD, nursing and healthcare worker, patient education campaigns as and when required.Provide regular feedback to head office about customers behavior, product performance, campaign feedback etc.Recruitment, training and nurturing of team members as part of expansion program.
