Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Key Account Manager at Beam Suntory, your mission will be to lead the customer execution of Prestige strategy in Bangalore. You will be the face of Beam Suntory with customers, delivering outstanding customer service and business solutions for mutual growth.Key Responsibilities:- Lead initiatives in distribution management, sales development, pricing, and customer management in the Key Prestige Accounts for the city, engaging with luxury hotels, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and prestigious clubs.- Achieve monthly targets (sell-in, sell-out, and visibility) and distribution of mandated assortment at the point of sales.- Execute the 6Ps strategies at stores aligned with commercial marketing and execution excellence guidelines.- Ensure all agreed deliverables are executed with excellence and prioritize stocks for Prestige Accounts.- Respond to customer queries and complaints providing timely solutions and run annual joint business proposals with top customers.- Negotiate annual memorandum of understanding on Menu Listing/Events/Back Bar Displays and work with the Commercial Marketing On-Premise team.- Keep a healthy inventory and focus on store availability and sell-out activities.- Liaise with the advocacy team to ensure barman training and visit customers following service norms.- Work with Customer Marketing to translate global toolkits, guidelines, and promotions into relevant activations.- Capture market best practices, share regularly, and provide pre and post-analysis for all brand activations.Qualifications:- Postgraduate in business/management program from Tier 1 reputed institution.- Articulate and business-oriented with experience in Joint business plan execution at the point of sales.- 8 years experience with 5-6 years as Key Account Manager in Alcobev or relevant industries.- Minimum 2 years of experience in the on-premise business, preferable in the Prestige/Luxury category.- Strong budget management skills, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and entrepreneurial skills in the face of challenges.Beam Suntory is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of various characteristics, attributes, or choices protected by law.
