    Job DescriptionJob Title: sub key acct QA Head (earlier name Section Quality Champion)Section: BGSW/EQM-PS (MS/NE-PS, MS/BE2)Location: BangaloreExperience:12 18 years Qualification: B.E / M.ELevel: SL1 ( Exceptional L54 candidates can also apply)Number of positions : 2 About the position Candidate will be engaged in driving continuous improvement of quality processes and always focusing on supporting the teams to deliver work products meeting all regulatory requirements with high QualityThis role is more of strategic, successfully build synergy with counter partners e.g. (PS-EC, PS-XS, PS-TC, PS-BA etc) towards meeting the OEM specific Quality goals.The selected candidate will work directly with EQM-PS and NE-PS leadership team, program / project managers, QMM and other Bosch global stakeholders to establish a robust and sustainable quality in our deliveries and services.Continuously seeks to expand and improve personal knowledge in the area of Quality management best practices and assists in the development of new processes or changes to existing processes within RBEI that continue to mature the program/project management discipline.Towards strengthening the Q collaboration with geography mainly with BGSV, establish common Q framework and Q Programs. Organize periodic review with management and support actions wherever necessaryAchieves quality assurance operational objectives by conducting quality assessments/audits, review of QG Plan for Product Development projects, review of QG Assessment, Facilitate CAR, 8D, and LLBPGathering information to monitor appropriate quality metrics, performing analysis to identify quality issues, providing feedback to appropriate stakeholders, preparing and implementing action plans to resolve problems and address risks, issues, and opportunities in a timely manner. This position will also provide periodic updates to senior management in the form of progress reports, project summaries, and other related documents.Mentor and career progression of Quality Champions/EPQs. Enable them with required trainings, Support them in decision-making, query resolutions and driving effective quality actions in departmentsResponsibilities:Leading and managing Q-team (s) for customer acct (s)Regular review of key Q-parameters for the acct, suggesting and implementing proactive and suitable countermeasures with dev teamMonitoring effectiveness of measuresFirst level Q-contact with customer/end customer on Q-issuesSkill and requirementsAdvanced/expert knowledge of the quality systems like International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001, IATF 16949), ASPICE.Have a thorough knowledge of quality related metrics and processes for hardware and software products.Knowledge in embedded automotive domainCandidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitudeMust have experience working with cross-functional teams and skilled in advising and mentoring associates to meet quality goals or resolve technical or operational challenges.Must be results-driven and have a strong bottom-line orientation.Teamwork is important in this position; individual must have strong teambuilding skills.Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and leverage it to address complex issues.Communication strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposalsCompetencies Good domain knowledge for the respective BUGood program management skillsGood knowledge on relevant quality standards, quality management systemSEI CMMI, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ASPICE etc.Process methodologies V-model, Agile, SAFeSoft skills:Team playerGood communication and articulation skillsDriving initiatives, making a difference attitude!,
