Job Description

    • Thorough Understanding of Knowledge Management Concepts, emerging trends, Community of Practice
    • Knowledge of Industry wise Scope for KM and KM Life cycle
    • Social media exposure, preferably yammer and integration aspects
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and motivational skills
    • Create Knowledge articles on various topics
    • Analyse usage of knowledge articles and plan for updates/revisions/optimization.
    • Tag content to make it searchable for end users
    • Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes
    • Capture and distil experience and insight for reuse to improve performance
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
    • Provide internal training and consulting on KM concepts and methodologies
    • Develop effective Communication between internal and external customers regarding the Knowledge Management programs, products, and projects
    • Recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance Knowledge Management operations
    • Must possess an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint including Office 365 environment
    • SharePoint experience must include content query web part, data form web part, navigation customization and branding customization
    • Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript and JQuery) will be an added advantage .
