Job Description Role Designation - Consultant Responsibilities - Get to the heart of customer issues , diagnose problem areas , design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight , Lead small projects , Contribute to unit -level and organizational initiatives , Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Technical and Professional Requirements - Graduation or equivalent degree with at least 5+ years of experience. , Strong proficiency in KRONOS in Manufacturing/ Retail. , Should have extensive consulting/ technical experience in the end -to -end Kronos implementations , rollouts , upgrades and support projects. , Experience in data conversions using import tables , XML Imports with analyzing and debugging skills. , Good to have technical knowledge in J2EE , PL/ SQL , Toad and Shell Scripting. , Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. , Strong Customer Orientation and building strategic perspective. , Location of posting will be driven by business requirements.
