Role Overview:A Change Analyst within the Change & Transformation team at Deutsche Bank plays a significant role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. Your primary focus will be on business processes changes, systems, and technology. You will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and minimize resistance. Your efforts will drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with changes impacting processes, ultimately increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieving results and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Capture and refine business and/or system requirements- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements- Leverage experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to create solutions- Gather and catalogue functional, non-functional, and technical requirements- Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements on applications- Specify workflow and systems enhancements to satisfy business and reporting needs- Perform data analysis, design data architecture requirements, and mapping- Act as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions- Ensure changes to applications are compliant with bank standards and policies- Assist users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting- Identify, document, and troubleshoot application-related problems- Participate in continuous improvement efforts- Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users- Lead the model definition process and serve as a business analyst to collect and analyze data for analytical models- Implement projects effectively and take ownership of deliverables- Manage projects in JIRA and enable efficient project management- Solicit feedback from stakeholders throughout the development cycle- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress- Support change management at the organizational level- Manage the change portfolioQualifications Required:- 8 years of relevant experience with project management and business analysis- Good Knowledge of Python, Alteryx & Tableau- Reference Data domain expertise is mandatory- Experience with JIRA and other project management tools- Experience in Data Quality projects using any ETL tools- Knowledge of SQL is required- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and elaborate to data analysts- Experience with running Steering Committee calls with senior management and help in prioritization- Exposure to Data Analytics requirements, Big Data exposure will be helpful- Strong excel skills to create reports etc. and understanding of basic statistical and data mining approaches and termsAdditional Company Details:Deutsche Banks Operations group provides support for all of DBs businesses to enable them to deliver operational transactions and processes to clients.
