Job Description

    5 to 7 years of experience in LMS ManagementMust Have Graduate in any stream Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in LMS Management Results and deadline driven 5 plus year of team handling experience Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) Good to have Experience specific to Learning administration process for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage. Responsibilities include defining user roles Maintain accurate records Provide technical support Review and revise eLearning content Collaborate with other departments to fine tune the online training strategy. Provide ongoing feedback. Maintain the LMS. Creation of different types of reports and Analytics Managing and coordinating logistics for global & local, internal & external trainings Client communication and stakeholder management Setting up Quality and audit guidelines Monitoring teams performance against the agreed SLAs Learning helpdesk query resolution through Voice, email, and chat Ensure that learners are given completion credit (i.e., learning credits, tax benefits for completion of certain programs) and receive course grades / certifications.
