Job Description

Position Purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic technical trainer experienced in training employees in MS office skills and internet research skills. The clients we support have a wide range of projects and the technical trainer needs to adapt and align themselves to internal and client processes if any and train the team on the same. The trainer has to develop technical training programs that are engaging and in line with the latest trends of teaching methodology, should conduct classroom training in a fun and interesting manner, and track competencies through regular assessments, to ensure that we achieve the objective of a highly competent and skilled workforce that can meet the complex demands of our customers.

Primary Responsibility: Expert level proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access etc.). Certifications would be preferable. Proficient in training on internet research (Primary and secondary) Utilise various training methodologies such as classroom training, coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Act as a point of contact for general technical LD enquiries Provide regular and systematic technical LD management information to report and evaluate the impact of technical LD activities Co-ordinate and organize the scheduling of technical training interventions, including liaison with internal subject matter experts, technical training materials preparation, technical course evaluation management Assist in conducting timely assessments and training outcomes in the Training Plan Must use Brain Based Learning techniques within classroom - Willing to teach, must be willing to learn Maintain metrics that contribute to success of the function Conduct MS office training for new joiners on a regular basis Work on any MS Office related projects that may be internal or for customer purpose Automate simple tasks using MS Office applications

Competency / Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.) Certifications would be preferable. Prior experience in planning forecasting of training needs. Familiarity with usage of Training Tools. Ability to customize training content and delivery to ensure impact of increased competency and performance Strong communication Skills in classroom delivery and in personal coaching Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Innovative in updating training content and methodologies to keep up with the best Professionalism in appearance and behaviour at all times Able to work in flexible shifts to accommodate training requests for different shifts
