L1 Application Support Engineer Japanese - Bangalore Designation : L1 Application Support Engineer 1- 2 years of L1/ L2 User/ Application Help Desk Support preferably in 24 x 7 support environment.Performing Service Operations in general, for 24 x 7 support environment.1- 2 years of L1/ L2 User/ Application Help Desk Support preferably in 24 x 7 support environment.Performing Service Operations in general, for 24 x 7 support environment. Details. 1. Extensive domain Knowledge of Application/ User Help Desk support running in 24 x 7 fashions. 2. Profound skills of international/ intercultural customer interaction. 3. Willingness to learn new Tools/ Technologies as par business requirements. 4. Outstanding Japanese and English spoken and written communication skills. 5. Overall responsibility for 1st level support and interface to 2nd& 3rd level support in alignment with client Operating Model and tool set. 6. Complete ownership of Application Help Desk (Hotline/ Email/ Tickets) and resolution within defined Service Operation processes (SLA & OLA). 7. Send/ Receive Hotline/ Email/ Tickets communication/ interaction with end users. 2. Profound skills of international/ intercultural customer interaction. 3.
