Job Description-Responsibilities: 1) Develop expertise on in-house applications.2) Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure3) L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support4) Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle5) Package install, upgrades in different environments6) Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.7) Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.8) Support L3 team during implementation.Must Have: 1) Minimum 03 yrs experience in L2 Application Support2) ITIL foundation certification3) Good oral and written communication skillsTechnical Skills (min 02 from the below list): 1) ASP.net, C#, VB Script, Java Script2) SQL server3) CMS tool4) IISApplication/Domain:1) Ecommerce2) LIMS3) MS Axapta4) MS-CRM,
