Manager HR & IR:She should have done preferably MSW or MBA HR (and law diploma is preferable). She should have above 10 years of experience . She should have handled all aspects of employees (recruitment , payment including processing salary on some software like Relyon, engagement , appraisal, carreer development, training and exit) and IR related issues. Should have handled union preferable BMS union and should have handled reports and legal cases , Should have dealt with official departments like PF, ESIC, Insurance, Pollution control , factory licence and labour license etc, she should have worked for minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience in manufacturing unit and also should have worked as hr manager in generalist role in all aspects of human resources like training and development, industrial relations, and statutory compliance and labour welfare and legislation and degree in law is added advantage, candidates who have worked in labour union atmosphere is preferred.she should be dynamic and aggressive in handling employee problems and able to solve the human relations issue
