Job ProfileShould have minimum 3 (for software engineers) 5 (for sr. software engineers) Yrs. of IT experience with LAMP (preferably PHP) stack Experienced in Object Oriented PHP & MVC frameworks Experience developing for high traffic web sites with millions of visitors each month. Excellent problem solving skills along with data structures and algorithms Excellent understanding of performance optimization at scale; where bottlenecks in large distributed systems occur and how to solve them Strong database skills, proven experience with MYSQL & other RDBMS Experience with any of the following preferred: Memcache, Cassandra, Redis, Hadoop/ MapReduce, AWS Hands on development experience with XML, SOAP, REST and other API related technologies Experience in ad network platform is preferred High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills along with presentation skills The ability to work flexible hours with prospects in different geographies time zones and Agile Development Self motivated, independent and pro-active problem solver Open minded about new technologies that push the envelop.,
