As the industrys only end-to-end, cloud-native network software provider, Mavenir is transforming the way the world connects, accelerating software network transformation for 250 Communications Service Providers in over 120 countries, which serve more than 50% of the world s subscribers.Role SummaryBe part of Mavenir s Radio BU and work with 4G Layer1 team doing design, simulation, development, integration, test and delivery. We are looking for an experienced L1 Engineer with hands-on knowledge of implementing LTE/LTE-A features. Experience on 3G Layer1 is also acceptable.Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development of 4G Layer-1 on the eNodeB side
  • New feature additions.
  • Resolution of field and internal ST issues.
  • Module/sub-system level responsibility.
  • Technical Lead.
  • Technically supporting the team.
  • Mentoring junior members.
Job Requirements
  • Must have worked on at least one OFDM based commercial wireless technology Layer-1 Development (e.g. WiMAX, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 3G, LTE, 5G).
  • Excellent working knowledge of 4G/3G Layer-1 and 3GPP spec.
  • Involved in design and development of Layer1 Modules.
  • Hands-on expertise on the 4G/3G Layer-1 development on a GPP or DSP.
  • Good understanding of the communication signal processing algorithms.
  • Hands-on expertise on field deployment issues resolution and log analysis.
  • Matlab/C/C in Linux Environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Architect/Lead.
  • Technically supporting the team.
  • Mentoring junior members.
