Job Description

    Associate Director ( Sales) will be responsible for delivering sales revenue from the allocated category. He/She would be responsible to recruit, train and manage sales teams through Team Managers. He/She would use data and analysis to develop predictable sales funnels and implement initiatives to continuously improve conversions.This role will also be responsible for performing primary research in generating insights, he/she would develop strategies, offer constructs and incentive programs for various cohorts to generate revenue from multiple campaigns/buckets. Responsibilities: - Build or manage an existing/new team and thereby deliver m-o-m growth by implementing the right strategies.- Lead and define the Inside Sales process with SMART KPIs. - Collaborate with other departments in order to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the category growth- Discover individuals with exceptional skills, train, and bring them on board in the team- Lead a variety of training sessions on a regular basis, this could range from a small group to large group presentations and development sessions- Assist in building a high-performing sales process & ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals- Develop strategies for the allocation of leads and optimize the conversions from assigned leads- Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization- Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture- Motivate, train, coach, and develop a team of Academic counsellors- Should take all hands-on deck approach & no prisoners approach to deliver results Requirements: - 5 + years of experience in the relevant industry, as he/she will have to handle tasks that will require in-depth know-how of the prevailing trends.- An important skill that needs to be possessed by this individual is the ability to effectively transfer and communicate his/her thoughts and ideas using speech, and also to influence others to gain support- Experience in managing inside sales background preferably from edutech background- Good communication and strong analytical skills- B.Tech/ MBA from top Tier colleges,
