Role are expected to have reasonable command over delivery scenario, build customer centric culture in line with company values and have work attitude to attain cost leadership.Primary Duty & Responsibilities: - Operational/ Process KRAs: Onboard, develop & manage Store delivery partners in your assigned territory. You will be monitoring & controlling daily end to end Store operations while ensuring ever evolving customer experience.
