The person will be part of the Data Analytics team and develop analytics for Aerospace products to identify the trends and opportunities for improvement.- Data exploration and model building targeting given field issue investigations, test data analysis, system health monitoring data.- Understand the correlation of the various product parameters and provide insight using data.- Overview of Engineering Product Development and in- depth knowledge in any functional discipline will be added advantage.- Execute the design, analysis, and development of assigned projects adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements- Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments- Communicate results, findings and observations in clear and concise documents (presentations, reports, technical articles) to peers and program leader in formal/ informal reviews- Hands- on experience with projects involving Exploratory Data analysis, Model building, Model assessment, Pattern Recognition, machine learning- Hands- on experience in information retrieval, architecture involving handling large volumes of data.- Strong programming skills in R, Python etc- Guide young engineersRequirements: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Engineering from a reputed institution and an excellent academic record with 6 - 9 years of work experience.Note to candidates regarding interview scams: Wed like to make it clear that UTC Aerospace Systems never asks candidates for money.
