Job Description

    • Lead Generation is responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture potential customers. This role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team through multi-channel campaigns, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with marketing and sales.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategy Development: Design and implement lead generation strategies across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
    • Market Research: Analyze target markets, customer segments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Lead Qualification: Establish processes for lead scoring and qualification to ensure quality leads are passed to sales.
    • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for accurate lead tracking and reporting.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for continuous growth.
    • Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
    • Educational Qualifications
    • BE MBA/ PGDM or MBA/ PGDM
    • Experience Level (If applicable)
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 2 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
