2 or more years of HSE related experience years of project / engineering experience Desirable: 10 years construction related HSE experience Job Accountabilities Provide professional advice and technical expertise to support development, review and implementation of HSE Management System Assist HSE HOD to evaluate the effectiveness of the HSE Management System Performs a range of HSE activities to monitor compliance Assist in the implementation of HSE strategic plans across Company Plan and execute Project site visits to audit Company and contractor personnel compliance for HSE Management System Plan, conduct and monitor execution of HSE training program to support safety competence of Comapy and contractor personnel Participate in incident investigation related to HSE issues Attend project meetings, HSE meetings and other HSE forums and consult with the Project Management team and contractors on HSE issues/requirements Prepare and communicate records required to meet RIL and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and interface with intergroup disciplines and Project sites departments to facilitate compliance Help HSE HOD in staffing and recruitment efforts Other related duties/functions as assigned
