Job Description

    We are looking for Experienced Recruiters to join our team at Talent Support Solutions. As a Recruiter, you are responsible forsourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented professionals to help our business grow. Also need to manage the team and ensure they reach the target.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
    • Head hunting and sourcing the right profile through various Job portals & sites.
    • Interviewing candidate and coordinating with Ops Panel for interviews.
    • Collecting all the required documents from the candidates post selection and auditing them.
    • Developing own network of suitable candidates.
    • Maintaining daily MIS on walk-ins, selections, and other demographics.
    • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
    • Networking with various institutions and social media.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Graduation or PostGraduation with Minimum 4 year of work experience in recruitment.
    • Proven work experience in Requirement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented interviewer and great decision-making skills.
    Shift Timings:
    • 9:30AM to 6:30PM.
    • 6 days of working Monday to Saturday.
    • Work from Office Only
