    Location: BangaloreBudget Upto: 40 LPAExp: 7+ YearsNotice Period: 15 to 30 Days max.About the jobAs an Associate Architect, your role typically involves programming and leading a set of team members. You would be responsible for the commitments of your team in terms of time, effort, and quality of work. You would also be responsible for their performance evaluation. You would likely be a part of a larger offshore team and are expected to work collaboratively with Architects at onsite to deliver milestone/sprint-based deliverables. This role predominantly is a technology leadership role and hence it is essential that you exhibit deep technical knowledge and the empathy towards your subordinates.Qualification:A Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and relevant subjectsRequirements:Over 7 years of hands-on experience inMERNFull Stack,Microservicearchitecture-based software development & delivery experience; At least 2 years in a technical leadership position in building enterprise applicationsProficiency inOOP, Design PatternsandData StructuresWorking experience onTypeScriptis an added advantageBasic Knowledge inRedux/Cucumber/AzureorAWS Cloud Services, Knowledge and Experience working withSonarQube, CI/CD pipelines usingJenkins,REST/SOAP APIsand relevant tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger UI) is an added advantageGood Understanding onUnit Testing frameworkpreferablyJestStrong foundation in practicingAgiledevelopmentmodelFamiliar withEstimation Techniquesand Project Management principlesPrimary Responsibilities:Works closely with wider architecture teams at onsite in Developing and Designing architecture and systemsBe a core team player to apply design principles and write high quality code in accordance with established guidelinesParticipate in complete SDLC from design to deployment of the applicationWork with project teams to understand the scope of work and contribute to the team as a full-stack principal developer to deliver as per the estimates/commitmentsSet a goal of coaching, mentoring, and uplifting the offshore developers capabilitiesPrepare detailed Technical Specifications, and necessary document artefacts for the Developers to code and for the QA Team to test the features developedPerform Design and Architectural Reviews, Code Validation and analysis at the context, container, component, and code level, across the full stackWrite and Review Technical proposals and develop proof-of-concept code that can be utilized as a reference by the development teamAssist the offshore Developers to analyse, reproduce and resolve customer issuesParticipate and conduct appropriate testing, both at a unit level and a regression testing levelReviews Unit Test Scripts built by DevelopersIdentify the training needs for the Software Development Team to improve their skill proficienciesSoft Skills:Effective Technical Leader with good problem-solving skillsStrong and Transparency in Communication, both verbal and written skillsAbility to work with group of architects at onsiteMaintains positive relationships in the cross-functional and multi-vendor engagement model
