Together, we re bringing video to everyone, regardless of location or device, including mobile, desktop, or room systems. We work with thousands of companies worldwide to upgrade everyday meetings, large-scale events, and social network broadcasts by replacing traditional web conferencing with face-to-face video communication.   • Take Operational responsibility for BlueJeans network assets including LAN, WAN, and security infrastructure.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts on a daily basis.
  • Interact with NOC and support personnel to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Advise platform engineering teams on AWS / Azure / GCP best practices for connectivity and resiliency.
  • Assist Voice Services engineers with diagnosing customer reporting call quality issues.
  • Maintain network automation tools for optimal network performance.
  • Document new processes, document troubleshooting steps, user guides and share with other engineering teams.
  • Assist SRE and NetOps personnel with vSphere and AWS administration.
  • Work with tools and data science engineers to monitor and automate infrastructure for high quality service delivery.
  • Work well as part of a team, willing to work flexible hours.
  • Visiting datacenter locations may be required.
What we re looking for.You will need to have:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
  • Knowledge/understanding of BGP, MPLS, and IPSEC.
  • Experience with VXLAN / EVPN a plus as well as SSLVPN and NAC.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper MX, SRX, and QFX as well as Cumulus Linux.
  • Proficiency with Visio, OmniGraffle, or LucidCharts.
  • Strong customer service skills in order to create and maintain strong relationships with our vendor partners.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with BlueJeans internal Support, Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Demonstrated skill in using an on-line ticketing assignment tool (JIRA).
  • Good verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
