He/ She shall focus on increase in number of collaborations based on set targets for both Centre and Foundation in alignment with and to uphold MPowers Vision, Mission & Values.Job reports toHead Outreach & CollaborationsTeam Size1Required Qualification Bachelors Degree (Preferably Psychology) + MBA/ Masters Degree in Marketing/ equivalent courseRequired Experience6 years 10yearsResponsibility Deliverables1. Develop and plan a monthly & yearly agenda of continuous seminars, workshops, training programs etc. for other professionals/ therapists, children, parents, schools and other related institutes2. Proactively reach out to schools, colleges, corporates or any other relevant institutes or initiatives to drive mental health awareness and provide solutions for their queries whilst conducting workshops, group sessions etc.3. Identify potential collaborations for Mpowers outreach initiatives.4. Maintain on-going relations with schools, colleges, corporates government bodies or any other relevant institutes.5. Ensure all requirements pertaining to workshops as planned are in place by coordinating between internal teams and external parties.6. Collaborate with team members to plan and implement workshops, group interventions.7. To create and maintain a database of prospective/ on-going clients.8. Contribute in setting the strategic vision for MPower, develop and assist in creating short term and long term plans.9. Manage and periodically review the safety provisions provided during the activities.10. Interact with target audience and gather insights to improvise, modify or further develop Mpowers programs11.
