Job Description

    We are looking for a Lead Program Manager who will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities between marketing, R&D, Product Validation and Product Engineering for library characterization in the Digital Sign-off group.Key responsibilities include:Tracking release milestones and key metrics in various functions and working with product leads to meet these milestones.Providing support for customer deployment of product releases including working with field engineers to deliver frequent qualified product releases.Manage special projects as needed to meet business goals.Work with management to track key process metrics and propose improvements to current processes to improve predictability and productivity.Adapt and manage available project management tools to enable real-time tracking and updatesThe candidate should have experience in the semiconductor industry and experience in driving projects with internal and/or external teams. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills are an essential requirement for this role. An individual with a focus on flawless execution who is passionate about working and coordinating all the facets of the project, both internally and externally to deliver successful results is what we are looking for.Experience in digital design is highly desirable. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, as well as exposure to project management tools would be very beneficial. Some scripting familiarity to help with data management and tool customization would be a huge plus.Requires a Bachelors degree in scientific discipline (computer science or engineering preferred) with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience. Background in IC design, SOC verification, RTL or IP development along with project management certification considered a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs along with strong communication / presentation, assessment and analytical skills a must. Cadence design tools experience a plus but not a requirement.,
