Job Description

    Lead Recruiter JD Qualification Experience in IT Recruitment Required Technical Skillset MBA / MSW / PDGM in Human Resource, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 6 Years, with at least 1-2 Years in a leadership or Team Lead capacity Familiarity with a wide range of IT/Non-IT/ IT-Infra roles (e.g., Network & Server Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Wintel Administrator, 0365 Admin, Software Developer, System Admin, Data Analyst, SOC Analyst, SAP). Hands-on experience with recruiting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional/Interpersonal Skills Analyze hiring metrics and KPIs, provide comprehensive report to the Leadership Team, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Location Electronic City Phase-1, Bengaluru.
