Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack_Bangalore / Coimbatore (Work from office)_HybridHi,Greetings from Best Infosystems Ltd.!Weve spotted your impressive profile and have an exciting opportunity tailored to your skills and passions.Job Title: Lead Software Engineer - Full StackJob Type: Hybrid Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore (Work from office)Experience: 8-16 Years*We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer Full Stack, who has strong engineering capabilities and a keen interest in building scalable and efficient web applications. *The Lead Software Engineer will design and implement software for multiple applications, including Measurement & Automation, Semiconductor Post-Silicon Validation, and Cross-Platform Device GUIs. *This is a role where you can expect to gain vast experience in full-stack development using your core know-how in front-end and back-end technologies.Key Responsibilities;*Lead a team of engineers to deliver quality software; setup a healthy work environment and ensure the team is delighted towards work. *Design, develop, and maintain web applications and software solutions from front-end to back-end. *Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, UX/UI Designers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. *Manage customer expectations, influence project features and direction to meet and enhance the customer needs. *Breakdown deliverables into modules and plan and execute software deliveries within the estimated budget and timelines. *Keep the stakeholders updated of achievements, health and risks involved in the project.
