Lead Software Engineer-Oracle Integration Cloud

Job Description

Role Overview:You are a Lead Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), specializing in Oracle HCM interfaces using OIC. As a Techno functional professional, you will be responsible for understanding solutions, industry best practices, coordinating with clients, and developing complex integration solutions within the Oracle technology family. Your role involves providing high-quality work products independently, participating in business development activities, and configuring solutions for complex projects.Key Responsibilities:- Work extensively on Oracle Integration Cloud integrations related to Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absences, and OTL- Demonstrate strong articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written communication- Design, develop, and implement OIC integration solutions using pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, File-based data import/export, HDL, and other technologies- Handle transformations and orchestration of interfaces between systems- Implement fault handling and error resolution mechanisms- Develop customizations using Visual Builder, APEX, or VBCS- Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation- Experience with ATP DB (Oracle Autonomous DB) and configuring OIC connections- Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide troubleshooting and support- Good to have skills include understanding of Oracle HCM modules, experience with HCM Extracts and BI Reports, Agile Methodology, and Jira Board- Completed at least 2 projects focusing on the mandatory skills mentioned above- Interact with clients in requirement gathering workshops and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills- Willingness to work in shifts if required in the futureQualifications Required:- 6 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with expertise in Oracle HCM interfaces- Techno functional consultant experience on Oracle Integration projects- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage client interactions- Experience in developing and configuring complex integration solutions using various technologies- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and documentation maintenance- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Jira Board, and client management(Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description) Role Overview:You are a Lead Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), specializing in Oracle HCM interfaces using OIC.
