Job Description

Reporting to Sr. Manager and would be responsible for Network Operations & Projects for LAN, WAN, MAN, WLAN, VoIP. Manage Heterogeneous Network Infrastructure comprise of Cisco & HP Switches, Aruba Wireless, Cisco ISE for Dot1x & Avaya PBX for Voice. Person requires having excellent communication skills with sharpened leadership, relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills as it s a hands-on technical role.The Skills that are Key to this roleTechnical / Behavioral

  • You need to have good hands-on experience on large heterogeneous Network Infrastructure Design, Implementation & Support. Sound knowledge on Routing & Switching Technologies / Protocols such as BGP, OSPF, HSRP, STP, SNMP etc. Knowledge in Telecom space for various LAN/WAN Circuits.
  • You need to have sound hands-on experience on Cisco ISE for 802.1X and NAC solution and Wireless infrastructure (preferably Aruba)
  • You are expected having fair knowledge on Automation/Scripting technologies and Project Management.
  • You are expected having fair knowledge on Voice Infrastructure such as VOIP, Call Manager, Avaya PBX, SIP etc. and Network Monitoring & Reporting Tools such as Netflow Tracker, Splunk, CA Performance Centre etc.
  • Structured and methodical in problem solving, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Clear understanding of Priority & Severity.
  • Clear understanding of ITIL processes; Change, Problem, Incident and Release management practices.
  • Good Vendor management skills with thorough understanding of SLA / OLA.

The Expertise We re Looking For
  • 8+ years in IT/ITES
  • Graduate / Maters in Computers or Electronics
  • Technical certification: CCNP, CCDP. Candidate having CCIE will have added advantage.
  • Process Certification: ITIL, ISO 20K. Candidate having PMP will have added advantage.
