Job Description

  • Full Stack Lead Engineer for the Global Automation Accelerator team responsible for design and development of Automation Solutions as well as evaluation of new and emerging technology.
  • The candidate should be a strong developer with wide exposure and varied experience within software development and information technology

The Skills that are Key to this roleTechnical / Behavioral
  • Full Stack software development experience [frontend, server-side, backend] with current hands-on profile
  • Wide exposure to technologies, frameworks and tools within the Information Technology industry including Java, modern JavaScript frameworks, databases, Web Containers, Spring, Git and Jenkins
  • Ability to quickly build prototypes and integration with software products
  • Deep understanding of Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) and ability to build integrations with APIs, services and tools as well as Cloud computing
  • Building end to end applications (frontend/UI--business logic--database)
  • Core Java, Servlets, JSP
  • JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • At least one JavaScript frameworks (JQuery/Dojo/Angular etc)
  • Web/JEE Containers (IBM Websphere, Tomcat etc.)
  • Web Services (REST, SOAP)
  • Experience in installing, running and maintaining at least one database (MySQL, Oracle etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Git/Stash, Maven and Jenkins
  • Experience in developing and deploying code in Unix/Linux environment and knowledge of shell scripting
  • Ability to work in an evolving and fluid environment

  • Hands-on experience in Cloud-based development and deployment
  • Microsoft .Net development exposure
The Expertise We re Looking For
  • 6+ years of IT experience
  • Bachelor or Master s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
