Job Description

Job TitleLead Software Engineering The Purpose of This RoleThe ideal candidate will play the role of a squad member/developer in various new Development or Enhancements efforts in FCCS Applications like OFX, Managed Accounts, Transmission, Client Billing within the National Financial group under FBT. The candidate would have an opportunity to work in fast paced core-brokerage financial industry domain along with opportunity to learn new functionality and technologies.The Value You Deliver

  • You should be able to work in Agile squads across chapter related to the complex FCCS applications like OFX/FAA/Client billing/Reg Rep/Transmission/Managed Accounts applications
  • Act as project / Tech lead in execution.
  • Must be able to manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Must work in agile mode.
  • Must be able to work independently to prioritize tasks, provide direction and support to team
  • Troubleshoot problems and work with peer teams to resolve.
  • You will have to collaborate with peers and the leadership team on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements and opportunities to improve the business users and client experience.
  • You would get opportunities to innovate and provide solutions to Automation and Continuous Integration and Deployment processes
  • You would get opportunities to learn and support migration of Mainframe applications to cloud based solutions
