Job Description

Job Title Lead Engineer - DocumentumThe candidate would monitor, maintain and update the Documentum system post installation. The incumbent plays the role of Documentum Infrastructure Administrator.The Purpose of This RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Lead Engineer who can work closely with Partners, Business analysts, Development and Administration teams to maintain the production systems and infrastructure. Candidate should have a good knowledge on Documentum administration.The Value You Deliver

  • Help installing/upgrading Documentum and migration.
  • Help automate installation procedure using Perl/Shell scripts.
  • Maximize system uptime and maintain peak performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly.
  • Experience working with distributed teams in different time-zones.
  • Strong commitment to quality, documentation and engineering excellence.
Technical / Behavioral
  • Hands on experience in Documentum upgrade and migration.
  • Hands on experience in Documentum 6.x/7.x administrator (Installation of content server, upgrades/migrations of content server, xPlore installation and configuration, CTS & CIS installations).
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly.
  • Knowledge of production support activities and UNIX administration required.
  • Hands on Automation skills using shell scripts.
  • Knowledge on PL/SQL would be an added advantage.
  • Tomcat/tcserver and Jboss administration experience would be an added advantage
