Job Description

      • Understanding the customer requirements from specific industry verticals and defining the infrastructure architecture
      • Understand the requirements from Core network functions and other applications on Container Infrastructure and creating solution blueprint.
      • Evaluating the availability, redundancy of design options and defining as part of solution blueprint
      • Defining the feature set for different enterprise verticals and configuration required for different NFs and underlying infra
      • Evaluating and defining the optimum solution level infra upgrade procedure encompassing the hardware infrastructure
    Your skills and experience
    • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in domains spanning across applications (preferably telecom) and cloud infrastructures.
    • In-depth understanding kubernetes based cloud infrastructure, CNI plugins, service mesh, storage and its upgrade.
    • Understanding of basic networking concepts TCP/IP, basic security concepts, network fabric
    • Experience in telecommunications service providers, network equipment manufacturers, or related ecosystem partners as telco cloud infrastructure architect.
    • Strong communication skills with consultative ability to engage as an advisor with ability to explain complex technical problems clearly and concisely
    • Self-Learner and Self-motivated with ability to drive topics independently and influence people across team boundaries
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Understanding of concepts like performance, robustness, high availability, and resiliency
    • Understanding of Nokia Container infrastructure
