The Global Solutions Consultants Group works with various Finastra teams (sales, marketing, product management, global delivery, customer support) to ensure that all pre-sales activities are executed to the highest possible standards and ensure that all proposals provide a compelling value proposition and truly meet the customer s needs. Members of the Global Solutions Group have a wide range of both business & technical skills and competencies, are highly motivated and drive best practice approach to all pre-sales activities, client facing demos, customer workshops and RFI and RFP management processes.Your deliverables as a Lead Transaction Banking Consultant will include, but are not limited to:Ensuring top quality RFI/RFP proposals and other client facing documentationConducting Solution Demonstrations focusing on business and operations value benefitsGiving recommendations on how we can better position our solutions in the APAC regionCollaborating with different groups to ensure readiness of different solution setsLeading by example in adoption and execution of GSC Branded ServicesAdopting key GSC initiatives: demo blueprint, discovery templates, GTM input etc.Ensuring delivery of best practices for presentation skillsPlanning and executing partner ecosystem engagement plansUnderstanding and anticipating of Transaction and Corporate Banking industry trendsThought leadership: publishing whitepapers, speaking at Finastra conferences etc.Coordinating product roadmap with Product Management and Development teamsRecommending and documenting new processes that will result in cost reduction.Required Qualifications: At least 10 years of professional experience in Transaction Banking SolutionsIntimate knowledge of Letters of Credits, Collections and Guarantees, as well as working capital solutions such as Pre and Post Shipment financing, Invoice Discounting, Factoring and Purchase Order Finance (Supply Chain Finance), etc.Good understanding of current market trends and current financial technologyGood track record of managing up and down, as well as working relationships with peersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood presentation skills, ability to express complex technical and business topics in EnglishExperience with working models in a matrix organisationExperience in dealing with strategic partners, e.g. Accenture, is a plusGood knowledge of wider Corporate Banking, especially Syndicated Lending, is a plus.Candidate Attributes: Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skillsStrong client focus and impeccable professional integrityCreative, motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work independently and in teams geared to individuals who are good in multi-taskingWillingness to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific region on short term assignments Multi-region and multi-cultural exposure is a plus,
