Job Description

Were looking for people with experience in one or more of these areas:

  1. Hands on in PHP, Java, J2EE, Groovy, Grails, Node js, AWS, Jenkins, React js, HTML 5, CSS, bootstrap, Web services. Development and integration like Rest API and others,
  2. Should be able to develop code and deploy independently.
  3. Should be able to work independently without support
  4. Should support other teams and other technical staff.
  5. Should have good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
  6. Should be proactive, enthusiastic, with positive energy and should be able to take new initiative, whose objective is growing their leadership ship skill in Technology stream
Responsibilities:
  1. Work in collaboration with the Companys lead technology manager to develop, build, modify, upgrade and enhance the Target Close technology platform.
  2. Responsible for all the architecture and development of all the backend services and Frontend services and UI integration.
  3. Coordinate with the UI team for all the required inputs.
  4. Facilitate for easy integration for front end.
  5. Develop software, write source code and participate in projects pertaining to the development, modification, and integration of the Target Close technologies as required.
  6. Review the work of the offshore back-office Java developers work product.
  7. Groom the new hire and assist him/her whenever required to meet the deliverables
  8. Provide architectural leadership for all Java back-office software, configuration of libraries and re-usable components between projects, working closely with the on-shore software architect.
  9. Participate in technology architecture discussions and help guide the software development roadmap together with other developers.
  10. Participate in structuring the source code repository and its configuration.
  11. Work closely with the quality assurance team as a part of the software development process.
  12. Assist if required for the of all required scripts for deployments using the Jenkins continuous integration platform.
  13. Attend meetings with the technology team as well as third parties (if needed) on behalf of the Company to discuss Companys technology platform and technology work on miscellaneous technology initiatives as may be defined from time to time by the Company.
  14. Be available for Tier 1 / Tier 2 support issues as they arise
  15. Assist in the hiring process of additional Java developer resources in the Bangalore area
Ideally, you have experience / exposure to one or more of these areas.
  1. Previous work experience as a Technical Architect.
  2. Managerial experience.
  3. In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration.
  4. Knowledge of networking systems.
  5. Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
  6. Advanced project management skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications.
  9. Ability to problem solve complex IT issues.
