Demand Generation & Field Marketing Leader l IT l Global Industry - IT-Software / Software ServicesJob Type - Permanent Description :- The Demand Generation & Field Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects revenue goals that support the companys fast-paced growth.- The role is responsible for the creation and execution of global marketing campaigns to generate leads and new business pipeline which includes managing teams that lead Account Based Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing and EventsClient Details:Our client is a leading software product organisation, with offices across the world with roster of Fortune 500 clients across 30 countries.Description:- Develop the companys demand generation & field marketing campaign strategies to drive new business, as well as expand the existing customer base. Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver- Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually- Work collaboratively to build, inspire, manage and grow a high-performing global team- Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly- Work closely with product marketing, marketing operations, and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment- Ensure our global channel marketing strategy can be effectively deployed regionally by enabling our resellers with campaign components and guidelines.- Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on regional feedback.- Partner with sales leadership on territory planning.- Set the standard for effective account-based marketing practices and ensure effective collaboration acrossmarketing and sales roles for regional campaign execution.- Manage field marketing budget and hiring plan.Profile:- 14 years experience in roles of increasing responsibility, managing revenue pipeline in high-growth companies; reporting to a CMO preferred- Experience running a global team of specialists in field marketing various fields- Must have a firm grasp of best practices and experience in Account Based Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing and Events, yet have an innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends- Experience with digital and non-digital demand gen tactics- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence and work collaboratively across organizations- Proven experience scaling demand generation programs through technology, data and process.- Demonstrated success and comfort driving global programs and an innate sense of urgency to drive programs forward- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.- Experience with supporting both direct and channel sales teams.- Advocates for improvements to event quality, results, and efficiency that have particular impact across your team and others.Job Offer:- Market leading compensation- Become a part of the next unicorn- Work with industry veterans,
