Job Description

Leadership o Be a mentor, ambassador and representative of Technicolor Academy s culture in line with the wide Talent Team values. Advise and be the subject matter expert across local talent teams/ Senior management teams on Learning Operations Promote communication between colleagues globally or by segment for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise Management of all learning requests globally Responsible for building out a request processes to support all learning requests coming into L&D from all BUs, using office 365 solutions. Review requests as they come in, actioning when appropriate or sharing with the Senior L&D Team. Create a requests management processes, enabling the Global Head of L&D and relevant Heads of. To make informed, prioritization decisions on requests. Store and respond to all requests, within agreed pre-defined timeframe. Working with the global Technicolor Academy team, track ongoing requests making sure they are being delivered within pre-defined timeframes. Manage all stakeholders expectations throughout the development processes. Working with the Global Head of L&D and relevant Heads of, support in managing all global projects. Manage any ADHOC talent projects from inception to delivery. Managing all L&D reporting Identify and explore all reporting requirements across the L&D landscape. Review existing reporting documents, identifying areas of improvements and working with Senior Talent Team. Working with Talent PMO, make sure all data on monthly basis is being shared to the relevant parities. Constantly review all reporting for consistency and accuracy. Build and share quarterly business reviews (QBR) , half yearly QBRs and full years QBRs. Managing all processes and documents for L&D Working with the Senior Technicolor Academy team, manage the development of all processes and documents that support L&D. Working with the Talent Process and Documents developer, masker sure all L&D documents are scheduled and developed within the agreed timeframes. Build and manage all core L&D presentations making sure they are relevant and up to date. Working with the Global head of L&D, build out working framework for Processes and Document Storage for talent. Sharing with key stakeholders and obtaining sign off. Working with the Global Head of Technicolor Academy and Senior Talent leads, build out clear schedule for the development of processes and documents. Managing Teams Manage and work with the Talent Process and Document Developer, making sure all documents and developed to required standards and within agreed timeframes. Manage direct reports to make sure they are driving performance and accountability for KPI s within their remits. o Ensure the local Technicolor Academy teamwork in partnership with the global team, and driving the mantra of Think Globally, Deliver Locally . Operational Effectiveness and Control. o Fill out and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI and reporting on L&D activities within Learning Technologies and content creation to demonstrate delivery and impact. o Maintain quality by enforcing standards and working methodologies Experiences Required Experience in operating in a large learning and development team, In an operations capacity. Experience in managing and documenting learning requests, ideally globally. Experience in identify and managing reporting for Learning and Development. Experience in document and process development and management of. Experience of managing a small local team. Skills Required: Solid understand of the 70/ 20/ 10 model. Ability to operate in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment. Facilitation change management and leadership ability. Strong internal and external customer service focus, with an eye on user experience. Able to influence and co-operate with other departments, globally. Highly analytical: proven record of creating and delivering meaningful metrics and reporting to various business units Strong project management skills.
