Roles and Responsibility : Independently handling legal matters related to Corporate company. Drafting various commercial contracts, Rent agreements, Lease deeds, Partnership deeds, Contract agreements, Deeds of mortgage etc. Title perusal - relating to residential and commercial projects coming up in Bangalore also assistance in preparing due diligence reports on the title of various immovable properties relating to all the projects of the company which involves in sale and registration of the Apartments. Drafted Sale Construction agreement, Sale deed, Assignment agreements, Lease deeds, MOUs, Confirmation deeds, Tripartite Agreements, Affidavits, Power of attorney, Rectification deeds Coordinating with panel advocates and financial institutions (Banks) and getting project approvals from such institutions. Involved in registration of Apartments on behalf of the company in the Sub register office.
