Essential Duties and Responsibilities Junipers Legal team is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Contracts Specialist who will be responsible for all aspects of contract functions including assisting with contracts signature process, updating information in contracts and other company databases, and running reports and metrics to support quarterly legal and finance processes. You will join a team of contract professionals in a centralized legal operation that facilitates the execution and administration of contract agreements with Juniper customers and suppliers. You will also collaborate with other members of the Legal Operations team on process and technology improvements to positively impact efficiency and effectiveness. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like exposure to global commercial and procurement contracting processes, legal operations, process improvements, and hardware and software sales process within a growing high- tech in- house legal department. Responsibilities include: Establish, communicate, and maintain policies and procedures for legal commercial and procurement contracts. Providing contract support to assure that agreements are negotiated, approved, executed and filed in accordance with company and departmental objectives and policies. Perform all tasks associated with contracts processing including getting signatures, document scanning, distribution, and filing in appropriate databases. Address incoming inquiries from various cross functional stakeholders relating to all aspects of the contract lifecycle. Run reports and metrics to support quarterly legal and finance processes. In collaboration with other members on the Legal Operations team, design and manage processes and technologies to positively impact efficiency and effectiveness, including contract management, policies, and processes related to legal templates. Other responsibilities as needed. Required Skills: Bachelors degree and 3 years of related experience and/ or training. Previous legal or contracts experience highly preferred, preferably in a corporate environment. High attention to detail and superior reading comprehension skills are a must. Impeccable recordkeeping and record retention skills. Strong work ethic, high degree of accountability and responsiveness is critical. Strong planning and organization skills. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CLMs, QuickBase, Docusign, MS Sharepoint are a plus.,
