Job Description

    3-6 YEARS OF LEGAL EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION IS MANDATORY!!We have immediate opening for Legal Executive. Please apply only if you have 3-6 yrs Of Legal Executive Experience.Job Accountabilities-:
    • Documentation work related to properties, verification and preparation of documents, registration of documents under Transfer of Property Act, at concenred Sub-Registrar Offices, Providing Legal Opinions.
    • Should handle the matters related to MVC, Civil cases, consumer cases.
    • Setting up model contract, agreement and MOU formats to be used in all transactions of the company.
    • Preparing Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, JDA, GPA and any other deeds and documents required time to time.
    • Providing briefs to the HOD/retained legal counsel and track and resolve all open legal cases.
    • To Support the Department to timely closure of all contracts; track and flag timely renewals.
    • Maintaining all statutory records and registers as per requirements.
    • Obtaining necessary licenses required to set up a project.
    • Should be good at typing. Should have minimum English knowledge to prepare the deeds and documents of their own and to communicate with clients.
    Skill Set Required: -
    • Must be well worst with real estate terminologies and skills
    • Should handle the matters related to MVC, Civil cases, consumer cases.
    • Strong communication skill
    • Kannada is Mandatory
    • A Male candidate is preferred.
